Janet Haiavy was born in Iran and moved to Israel as a teenager. She moved to the United States to pursue higher education. She comes from a background of 17 years in the fundraising industry and brings her experience in building relationships, compassion, communication, and customer service skills to bear when working with her real estate clients.

Janet Haiavy attended the University of Massachusetts in Boston and after graduating moved to Los Angeles and has been living here for the past 31 years. Having a passion for helping people Janet started her career in the medical field as a Medical Technologist. After getting married and having three kids, Janet continued her passion for helping people by getting a certificate in Fundraising and Public Relations from UCLA and an MBA from Walden University.

Janet Haiavy has been volunteering as a fundraiser for the past 17 years and has been with Make a Wish of Greater Los Angeles for the past 10 years. As a volunteer with Make A Wish Foundation Janet helped with fundraising, wish discoveries, wish reveals, and experiences. Her skills in chairing fundraising campaigns along with her experience with communicating with families in their hardest moments give her a unique insight into how to listen, negotiate, and protect her clients finding them the best deal and in marketing properties.

Janet Haiavy bought her forever home 21 years ago and has entered the Real Estate world in order to meet new people and help them achieve their goals and dreams. She is driven by her passion to help clients in the journey to find their dream home.

Janet Haiavy is married and lives in Los Angeles, CA with her husband and three kids. She spends her free time reading, volunteering, and exercising.
